At Craft Buddy, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
